Syllabus

- The
Syllabus and Integrative Media Education " is a collection
of ideas intended to make media education an everyday component
of teaching – unspectacular and unobtrusive but with enough
persistence that the fine-sounding formulas of the teaching plan
can be realised in daily events and not only—if at all—in
grandiose projects that take place only once a year.
- Education without the inclusion of media is unthinkable. The impulse
offered here shows that and also how a widely formulated level of
media can be integrated into every kind of school, every age group
and all subjects. Extracts from syllabuses as well as connections
to other teaching principles and general educational goals demonstrate
the characteristic cross-sectional nature of media which, acting
like a bracket, extends over the borders of individual subjects
and leads to interdisciplinary principles.
